The Lush Worcester store was fully refitted by Soho Shopfitters in one of our fastest turnarounds to date. Working from Lush’s detailed drawings and brand standards, we delivered every element of the fit-out — from bespoke counters to electrics and plumbing — with precision and speed.

The workshop phase took just three weeks, followed by a full on-site fit-out completed in only three days. Every detail was executed to Lush’s exacting specification, ensuring a flawless finish that aligned with the brand’s strong visual identity.

Lush is a globally recognised cosmetics brand known for its handmade, cruelty-free products and ethical approach to business. Every store is designed to reflect its values — bold, sensory, and sustainably built.

The Worcester location required a complete transformation to bring it in line with Lush’s latest store format. Soho Shopfitters was selected to deliver the full package, working closely with Lush’s design team to achieve a premium result.

Scope of Work

This was a full retail fit-out project for Lush Worcester, delivered to an extremely tight programme with all elements built to the brand’s precise design specifications.

All bespoke furniture was pre-fabricated in our workshop over a three-week period. These items were produced using Lush’s own detailed drawings and crafted to reflect the company’s distinct visual identity, from display counters to specialist joinery features. Once ready, our site team completed a full installation in just three days.

The result was a cohesive, branded environment that met Lush’s exacting standards and opened on time for trading with minimal disruption. All trades were managed in-house to ensure seamless delivery and full quality control.

The project included a full interior fit-out with all furniture made bespoke to Lush’s specifications:
